Who We’re Looking For
Our Apprentices come to us from a variety of backgrounds and subject areas. Many are school or college leavers taking their first steps in tech, but we also welcome people with broader life experience, and career changers who may have gained experience in a different field and are eager for a new challenge. Formal qualifications aren’t the most important factor. What we look for in our Apprentices is passion, potential and, above all, curiosity. We want people who can show us why they’re interested in working in tech, how they imagine their future, and specifically why they think Arm is the right place for them.
Entry requirements
* Valid passport/birth certificate and NI number
* Must have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date
* Must be working in England for at least 50% of working time
* Not undertaking another apprenticeship or government funded qualification at the same time
Prior learning requirements will depend on the Level and role focus of the apprenticeship and specific details will be shared when our roles are advertised.
Start Date: September 2025

Hybrid Working at Arm
Arm’s approach to hybrid working is designed to create a working environment that supports both high performance and personal wellbeing. We believe in bringing people together face to face to enable us to work at pace, whilst recognizing the value of flexibility. Within that framework, we empower groups/teams to determine their own hybrid working patterns, depending on the work and the team’s needs. Details of what this means for each role will be shared upon application. In some cases, the flexibility we can offer is limited by local legal, regulatory, tax, or other considerations, and where this is the case, we will collaborate with you to find the best solution. Please talk to us to find out more about what this could look like for you.
