An incredible opportunity has risen to join an independent Estate Agency who are looking for a Senior Lettings Manager to oversee and develop their Lettings Business across 3 offices!
They have an established Lettings Business and have just acquired 2 new offices and need a Lettings Professional to develop the Lettings business across the 3 offices and manage a team of 8.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record at a Senior/Branch level, and focused on driving growth.
Responsibilities will include but not limited:
* Generating and conducting market appraisals across 3 Branches
* Winning instructions
* Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
* Managing a team of 8
* Regular team meetings
* Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis
* Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
* Close deals
* Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services
* Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.
