Your collaborative abilities will be as important as your experience in using business process improvement tools and techniques and your knowledge of process and system design and implementation.
You will work in our Asset team, which is part of our wider Property directorate, which is responsible for 17,000 homes we own in Southeast England.
Your remit will include championing the importance of following documented processes and encouraging others to embrace this. You will act as a super-user for operational systems, taking responsibility for data integrity, governance, and analysis, (we’ll train you in our systems) so you will be the helpful go-to person in this regard.
Managing business systems and processes to ensure robust ownership, optimal efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining system processes that support Property Services in transforming and continuously improving internal and external services.
Drive a change management culture by challenging and, where appropriate, replacing established processes and systems with more robust alternatives.
Provide the management team with reports on business activities through optimising management information, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
Develop effective business partnerships, working collaboratively with staff across the organisation to ensure corporate objectives are achieved, embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Delivery of financial and operational data coaching programmes within Property Services management.
You will be working closely as part of a small and specialised team with one person in the team to manage, so an aptitude for supporting and developing others would be useful.
About You:
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Thorough knowledge of process and system design, implementation, and operation.
* Experience using business process improvement tools and techniques.
* Experience collating, analysing, and reporting management information.
* Project management skills and experience with an innovative and creative mindset.
* Ability to organise own workload and meet challenging deadlines, often in the face of competing priorities, with minimal supervision.
* Ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external customers/stakeholders.
* Practical approach to service delivery, team working, and problem-solving.
* Previous experience leading systems implementation, assessment, and upgrades.
