This role involves key duties, including maintaining records, overseeing staff scheduling and payroll, assisting with resident admissions, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain resident records and staff documentation
* Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, and communication
* Monitor budgets, supplies, and billing
* Ensure safety protocols and liaise with maintenance for repairs
Qualifications:
* Experience in healthcare administration preferred
