Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with a team of Senior Practitioners and Triage Officers, offering guidance, support, and supervision to enhance service delivery within the MASH.
Conduct thorough assessments of children and families, analyzing information to determine risk levels and appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with partner agencies to gather and share information, ensuring a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
Make informed decisions regarding immediate protection and intervention, prioritizing the safety and well-being of children.
Provide expert advice on complex cases, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and best practice.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and case progress, in compliance with data protection policies.
Support the development of policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the MASH team.Requirements:
