Reporting to the Go-To Lead, as a Workplace Experience Host, you'll exceed expectations by making every encounter memorable and personal.
Additionally, you will be serving as an ambassador for our brand principles and values, embodying outstanding service in all your interactions.
This role extends beyond mere hospitality; you're the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings at the client's site, bringing the workplace experience to life.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure colleagues feel welcome and their needs are taken care of in a fun, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
2. Deal with guest and colleague enquiries promptly and politely.
3. Conduct assigned Daily Checklists to ensure the quality of assigned workspaces, improve performance, and enhance tracking.
4. Use the existing process and technology to assist in room booking and guest arrivals.
5. Maintain a clear, presentable, and safe office floor.
6. Maintain a strong floor presence and observe quality control issues (i.e., facility cleanliness, comfort factors) and actively log tickets requiring service from other areas.
7. Provide technical support in the form of first-line fixes such as reboots and connection inspections while delivering against a clear handoff process to the Techbar for unresolved issues.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
1. Customer service experience in dealing with Blue Chip/High Touch clients.
2. High School or College Degree.
3. Proven track record of providing stellar customer service.
4. Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment.
5. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint applications; knowledge in property management/Condeco systems is a plus.
6. Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication.
