Our client is a global organisation and market leader in their industry. Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 12-month FTC. Great company with free parking and newly refurnished offices.
Your Role:
* Process orders via emails, calls, and shared inbox
* Deal with returns
* Monitor the complete delivery process
* Send out invoices
* Work closely with internal teams such as account managers
* Keep in-house systems up to date
* General admin tasks
* Excellent admin skills, particularly in Excel
* Good systems knowledge; SAP would be desirable or experience with an in-house CRM system
* Ability to multitask
* Team player
