We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our People Team at Tesco as a Talent Acquisition Partner In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for your designated function. Champion Tesco’s brand and values, ensuring every candidate has a memorable experience. Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams, applying your expertise to support their recruitment needs. We are in search of an individual who has a track record in talent acquisition, whether from an agency or an internal recruitment environment. If you have experience supporting Legal and Finance teams, we want to hear from you Manage the entire recruitment process: From gathering hiring manager requirements, agreeing on timescales, shortlisting CVs and facilitating job offers. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Ensure the right routines are followed for efficient functionality. Proactively source talent: Build pipelines through various channels such as social media and networking. Build passive candidate talent pools: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers: Keep them informed on the resourcing progress. Maintain relationships with external partners: Collaborate with recruitment and advertising agencies. Engage with internal collaborators and the People team: Foster positive relationships within your relevant areas. Maintain a deep knowledge of your relevant areas, understand the structure, objectives, strategy, and key partners. Provide market information: Share insights from both internal and external sources with your functions. Develop and deliver recruitment strategies: Innovate and implement ideas for your function. Offer credible and consultative advice: Support Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Deliver EVP messaging: Utilise attraction channels, including social media and professional networking, to communicate our Employer Value Proposition. Previous Recruitment experience ideally within a Finance/Legal capacity with a demonstrated track record of sourcing niche roles and leading the entire recruitment lifecycle successfully. Operational skills; Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written): Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both spoken and written forms, ensuring smooth interactions. Collaboration Skills: Proficiency in managing relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate offers and terms with candidates and external partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Relationship Building Skills: Experience in establishing and upholding positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to promote a collaborative recruitment environment.
