Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join Medloop as an Operations Coordinator. The role is designed to offer hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of the business, allowing you to build valuable skills and add meaningful projects to your resume.
What You’ll Do
Operations
* Clinician Management: Creating rotas, driving recruitment, onboarding, managing invoicing and scheduling queries.
* Client Relations: Managing scheduling, responding to client queries and requests
* Shift Management: Ensuring that all shifts are running smoothly, ad-hoc capacity management, solving operational issues
* Invoicing: Oversee contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper processing in financial systems.
* Document Management: Keep track of all documents, keep spreadsheets up to date, update client and clinician information.
IT & Technical Support
* User Support: Provide technical support to clinicians.
* Computer Networks: Support the configuration of network hardware, monitor performance, and troubleshoot network issues.
Who You Are
* 5+ years in an operational or administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, Google Forms)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
* A team player with a proactive approach to learning and contributing.
* Good to have: Experience with the healthcare industry, Jira, IT support experience.

* Base Salary- £25,000-35,000 based on experience
