We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator for our site based in Birmingham. Purpose: To provide exceptional Operational & Customer service to the client and the contract. To be successful in the role it is key that the facilities coordinator understands procedures, processes, and operates them to the required standards. Duties: Contract Helpdesk: including but not limited to; Manage and oversee SI7 System: Log all Service Requests (SRS), Log all Work Orders (WOs), provide all PPMs to the engineers, liaise with the engineers to gain updates on jobs and ensure all works are completed and signed off on FMP within the allocated timescales. Co-ordinate service visits with 3 rd party contractors to ensure that maintenance schedules are adhered to and ensure that any arising works are actioned accordingly. Contractor Management ensuring the CBRE permit, and Contractor Management process is adhered to, and permits completed. Finance Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews. Raising Purchase Orders, Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and GWS financial savings targets are maximized. Person specification: Experience & Knowledge Experience in a customer-facing role Ability to prioritise workloads effectively to ensure that tight deadlines are met, and actions are followed through to successful completion.
