Job Title: Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI), Research & Technology (RTC), and factored product projects. Reporting into the Head of Product Management this role requires working cross-functionally to manage projects through the stage gate process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and objectives are met. You will also play a key role in budget planning for product development initiatives and provide regular project updates to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, cost, budget, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Align project objectives with business goals in coordination with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Provide monthly updates to Senior Leadership on project progress and key milestones. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, production, and marketing. Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters. 3. Risk Management & Deliverables: Identify potential risks and roadblocks, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate them. Ensure project timelines are met by tracking key milestones and deliverables. 4. Innovation Roadmap & Strategy: Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to incorporate technology projects into the Product/Solution Roadmap. Support the development of new innovations and ensure they align with the company’s long-term vision. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in project management within a product development or engineering environment. Strong understanding of stage gate processes and budgeting for product development. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
