Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance & Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer. This key role will contribute to the smooth running of financial operations and administrative processes, working closely with various departments and our external accounting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, monitor expenses, and assist with day-to-day financial transactions.
* Support payroll preparation and coordinate with HR to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
* Maintain and organize financial records, perform account reconciliations, and prepare internal reports.
* Manage supplier invoices, verify accounts, and ensure timely payments.
* Assist with budget planning, financial forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
* Handle administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
* Liaise with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Support various finance and administrative projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in a finance or administrative support role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
* Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
* Working knowledge of accounting is essential, as this role will involve close collaboration with our external accounting firm.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
* French language skills are an asset.
