Role opportunity: Construction Project Manager

We are currently recruiting a Construction Project Manager to join our team to manage projects in the central belt & south of Scotland.
The requirement
You will be at the forefront of our activities in construction programming and project management, ensuring on time, on budget delivery with exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the CPM will manage a team of experienced, highly skilled employees. Ideally, you will have 5+ years project and site management experience within the construction industry. The ability to grow strong relationships with our team, sub-contractors, clients and design team partners is essential.
* Excellent organisational & team management skills, experienced in delivering complex build programmes
* Driven and determined to succeed
* Good communicator, customer focused, upholding quality brand reputation
* Sound working knowledge of health & safety requirements and practices
* SMSTS
* Excellent digital skills, proficient in Microsoft packages including Project
This is a full time position based at our sites in the central belt and Lothian & Borders with travel to our site locations & Head Office.
