Job role: Nurse Deputy Manager in ABI Care Home
Hours per week: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Location: Winsford, Cheshire
Schedule: Monday to Friday role, with some flexibility depending on the needs of the service

A day in the life of a Nurse Deputy Manager
As the right hand to the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across every facet of this Acquired Brain Injury support service.
Your mission is to help create a positive environment that empowers and supports those in our care, elevating their experience through thoughtful, personalised attention. You will champion the delivery of exceptional care standards, ensuring our team consistently meets and exceeds benchmarks in quality, safety, and efficiency - adding to a culture of continuous improvement, and heartfelt dedication.

About the service
The ABI service consists of a cosy, ten-bed home with a lounge and well-furnished bedrooms, each customisable for a personal touch. The home features five bathrooms, catering to diverse needs with both rise and fall baths and shower/wet rooms. The private garden features a summer house and a sensory room that also serves as a cinema. There is also a 6-bed home just around the corner.
This service provides 24-hour nursing care, respite, and daycare services, alongside nutritious, home-cooked meals and on-site laundry.

* Qualified Nurse (RMN, RGN or RLDN)
* 3 years of previous nurse / clinical lead experience
