A leading specialist Family Law & Childcare organisation with office locations across the country are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and confident Family Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally circa 2 years PQE, all levels welcome to apply) and have a background in Family Law and/or Childcare/Childrens matters. You will work alongside the wider specialist team representing young people & vulnerable adults and conduct and/or defend proceedings in court or tribunals and instruct counsel as appropriate. You will be confident working with little to no supervision and have detailed working knowledge of Children Act and other legislation and be confident representing clients in family proceedings.
