Glasgow Cambuslang Investment Park - HGV Class 1 - New pass Drivers welcome with previous class 2 experience.
We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 drivers for our depot in Cambuslang - Glasgow. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores. 8 - 15 drops per day, with Tail lift and cages.
Permanent contract for successful candidates.
Immediate starts for successful candidates.
Shifts patterns available:
1. Monday to Friday start 03:00
2. Tuesday to Saturday start 03:00
3. Sunday to Wednesday start 00:00
4. Wednesday to Saturday start 00:00
Day pay rates: (PAYE)
1. Monday - Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85)
2. Saturday £17.85
3. Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80
Nights pay rates: (PAYE)
1. Monday - Friday £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.39)
2. Saturday £20.39
3. Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19
30-minute break deducted per shift only!
What we are looking for:
1. In date DIGI and CPC card
2. Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
3. Motivated and open to learn new skills.
4. Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
Your role:
1. Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
2. Prepping vehicles for delivery.
3. Completing vehicles checks.
4. Refuelling vehicles.
5. The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
