Pay Rates as a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative: £12.21 per hour Extra £20 attendance bonus for Friday-Monday shift pattern Shift Patterns: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 Sunday to Thursday / Tuesday to Saturday / Friday to Monday What you will do on a typical day as a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative: Processing customer returns Unpacking and verifying returned items Inspecting returned items for any damage, wear and tear, or deviations from their original condition. Determine whether the items can be resold in their current condition, need refurbishment, or must be marked as damaged goods. Working quickly and efficiently whilst always ensuring accuracy and quality control. You may be asked to carry out other warehousing duties that support the timely processing of ASOS customer returns. Requirements: Reliable and great attention to detail Able to achieve targets while maintaining the quality of checks Can work alone performing stationary repetitive tasks Important details: You must be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg You must be able to prove your eligibility to work (present original copies of your ID) Mandatory 5 consecutive days of paid training - full attendance required to complete.
