If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking three Site Managers, to join our Control Period 7 (CP7) renewals portfolio in the Wales & Western region. Some of the initial projects are located in Plymouth, Penzance, West Drayton, Truro, Swansea, and Bristol with further projects spread across the region for the next five years. The CP7 Stations and Buildings framework, covers several packages including renewals of; canopies, buildings, depots, platform structures, car parks and subways for the region between 2024 and 2029.
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
* Managing and overseeing the contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
* Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture and a right first time attitude among the site team and the supply chain.
* Communicating clearly and effectively with other site management, the client, the local community and other stakeholders.
* Ensuring the delivery of a quality product that meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
* Maximising the profitability of the project by identifying and recording changes, managing resources efficiently and closing out defects and deliverables in a timely manner.
* Supporting and developing your team members and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the sector.

About you…. (what you are skilled at, your experience and qualifications)
* Previous experience as a site manager, undertaking similar work, ideally in Wales or Western.
* A valid SMSTS qualification
* A valid CSCS card, PTS and other identified training.
* A good level of IT skills.
