You will play a vital role in developing students' digital literacy, programming skills, and understanding of IT concepts, ensuring they are well-prepared for the digital future.\n\nYour key responsibilities will include:\n\nPlanning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.\nAssessing and monitoring student progress to drive achievement.\nCreating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.\nSupporting students in developing key IT and computing skills.\nCollaborating with colleagues to enhance the computing curriculum and extracurricular activities.\n\nRequirements\n\nTo be considered for this Computing / IT Teacher position, you must meet the following criteria:\n\nHold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.\nHave relevant UK teaching experience in Computing or IT.\nPossess an Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one).\nDemonstrate a passion for computing and the ability to engage students effectively.\n\nThe School\n\nThis secondary school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is known for its supportive leadership team, commitment to professional development, and strong sense of community.
