Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Manage orders across UK sites.
3. Liaise with commercial teams on pricing, minimum order quantities, and logistics.
4. Manage and improve pricing; quotation/price files.
5. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
6. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
8. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Desirable:
1. Experience in the food industry.
2. Experience of working with an ERP system.
