We are currently looking for dedicated and committed full time, part time and bank Support Workers to join our strong and friendly Community Support team. In this role you will be supporting people with autism spectrum condition, learning difficulties and mental health concerns across Exeter and South Devon assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive and effective service to people who look to us for support and enabling. Within our supported living and community services we strive to provide person centred support aimed at fostering independence, this may either be in one of our 4 supported living properties or in the community. We provide people with the opportunity to explore their individuality within their own home whilst being supported to achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a group of amazing individuals and support them through their journey towards independence. This role will largely be based in Newton Abbot in our new 24/7 supported living house so will therefore be required to do a sleep in on a rota’d bases for which you will receive an enhanced Sleep in rate. You will be working with people who live in our accommodation based service, as well as supporting people in their own homes and their local community.
