Legal Secretary / Conveyancing Assistant
Leading boutique property law firm is looking for a legal secretary / conveyancing assistant to provide secretarial, PA, and paralegal support. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of all relevant property searches and procedures and will be comfortable dealing with client enquiries.
The team is busy, so it is essential to have excellent document, secretarial, and IT skills, along with a solid understanding of all residential property searches. Excellent client skills are also crucial, as you will be expected to liaise with clients on behalf of the fee earners. You must be able to use the Land Registry and complete SDLT forms. This is an ideal opportunity for a legal secretary with a background in residential property, looking to take on more paralegal duties in a hybrid role.
