You’ll create engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles, ensuring all students are supported in their academic and social development. With a strong focus on fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, you will encourage curiosity, promote good behaviour, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You will regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with the wider school team to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Requirements To be considered for the role as a Year 3 Primary Teacher, you will: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience in KS1/2 as a Teacher A genuine passion for teaching, and the passion to integrate active and concrete learning into you working day.
