Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Care/Relationship Manager to join a leading Glasgow-based technology organisation who specialise in payroll software for a number of long-term clients. Experience of managing client relationships on a B2B basis preferred.
The position is a permanent role with a thriving business who operate internationally from their Head Office in Glasgow City Centre and is office based 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The position offers progression in line with performance within the role.
Duties
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
3. Build relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Onboard and provide aftercare for new and existing clients.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in customer service or account management role, preferably within a related industry.
2. Strong and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Analytical skills to identify opportunities with existing and new clients through referrals to the sales team.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
