About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of electrical testing services to our clients. You will work closely with our engineering and support teams to ensure that all contract requirements are met and that exceptional customer service is provided.
Main Responsibilities
* To manage the delivery of planned, reactive, and project works within streetlighting, PAT, and fixed wire testing services.
* To work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and support teams to meet all contract requirements and deliver exceptional customer service.
* To take a proactive approach to customer care, resolving day-to-day issues and escalating where required.
* To maximize utilization of Archibus to manage service delivery, record retention, and reliability of management report data.
* To effectively and efficiently manage resources, ensuring teams have the materials, equipment, capability, and capacity to deliver.
Requirements
* Candidates must be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 17th or 18th edition.
* Must have existing or previous experience being nominated person under Sellafield electrical arrangements.
* IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
* Experienced in preparing risk assessments.
* Commercial understanding.
* Supervisory experience.

* Ability to professionally liaise with client representatives and management.
* Organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Good general knowledge of health and safety, facilities services, and operational practices.
* Sound understanding of nuclear site procedures and practices.
* Excellent time management skills.
