We are a Reggio Emilia-inspired nursery with a strong emphasis on emergent learning, creativity, and reflective practice. We're now looking for a Pedagogical Coordinator to lead our passionate team of educators and elevate our child-led philosophy.
What You'll Do:
Mentor and inspire educators in emergent, inquiry-based learning
Guide pedagogical documentation and reflective practice
Support long-term project work based on children's interests
Shape creative learning environments as the "third teacher"
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Lead reflective meetings and professional development sessions
Embed a strong safeguarding culture in everyday practice
About You:
Deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach
Experience in early years education and team leadership
Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
Confident in coaching, mentoring, and collaborative planning
Passionate about reflective practice, documentation & creativity
Strong knowledge of safeguarding & child development
