Mechanical Project Manager
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services contractor that completes the full Mechanical and Electrical package including Design, Installation, and Maintenance.
Due to my client’s continuous growth and new contracts gained, they are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team to work across the West Midlands and Warwickshire area.
Key duties include:
1. Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain, delivery teams, and management.
2. Health & Safety management.
3. Working on site.
4. Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
5. Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
6. Management and briefing of personnel.
7. Resolving installation and access issues.
8. Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
9. Programme and project planning.
Experience required:
1. Experience managing the full Mechanical packages on multi-million-pound Commercial projects.
2. Previous experience working on school projects beneficial.
3. SMSTS.
4. NVQ Level 3-Mechanical.
5. IOSH-Managing safely (Desirable).
