Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Transactions Specialist to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a key member of our property transactions division, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property sales, ensuring effective communication with clients, third parties, and colleagues, while adhering to tight deadlines.
This role is ideal for a Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-3 years PQE experience, who has a proven track record of handling their own caseload and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. You will work collaboratively as part of a team and have the ability to work independently when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of residential property sales, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, third parties, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Work independently to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
