Apprenticeship & Additional Support Coordinator
Location: Colchester
Contract: Fixed Term until 30/04/26 – Full-time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
About the role
You will play a vital role in supporting apprentices who experience barriers to learning – whether these are educational, social, or personal. You will work to identify and address these challenges through a coaching approach, supporting timely achievement and retention. This includes ensuring compliance with Additional Learning Support (ALS) funding requirements by maintaining high-quality evidence and contributing to data accuracy for funding claims.
About you
You will have previous experience in a learner-facing support or coaching role in an educational or apprenticeship setting along with experience of using database systems and accurate record keeping. Excellent interpersonal and people skills with the ability to present a positive image to internal and external stakeholders is also a key requirement.
