What you will be doing:
1. Training groups of new firefighting recruits in both classroom and practical environments
2. Instructing new recruits in operational and Road Traffic Collision Incidents (RTCI) as well as the fundamentals of fire fighting
3. Ongoing assessment of delegates
4. Acting as Safety Officer during live fire exercises - always promoting a positive attitude towards the development and maintenance of Health and Safety culture
What we are looking for:
5. Previous experience of training New recruits in a firefighting training environment
6. Experience of working in local authority Fire & Rescue Service is desirable
7. Excellent communication, both verbal and written
8. Basic understanding of IT Systems experience (MS Office)
