This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to make a significant impact on site safety and compliance.
Responsibilities for a Health & Safety Manager
* Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Provide training and support to site staff on health and safety matters.
* Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Requirements for a Health & Safety Manager
* Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
