Full-Time Cover Teacher - Shrewsbury

As a Cover Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity and ensuring that students continue to thrive in a supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for covering classes across various subjects and year groups, stepping in when the regular teacher is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in line with the school curriculum
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
* Supporting students in their learning, ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to succeed.
* Providing feedback on student progress and behaviour to the relevant staff
* Adapting to different teaching environments and subject areas
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching a variety of subjects and age groups (desirable)
* Strong classroom management skills
* A passion for education and helping students succeed
* Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different teaching environments
