We're working with a respected company in the technical services industry to recruit a Service Coordinator for their busy team in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, coordinating service activities and supporting clients across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email regarding repairs.
2. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory updates in the system.
3. Liaise with external teams to source parts and equipment.
4. Schedule technicians and engineers for repair and maintenance tasks.
5. Prepare and issue quotes, raise purchase orders, and manage approvals within credit terms.
6. Keep clients updated throughout the service process, ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly.
About You:
1. Previous experience in customer service and service coordination is essential.
2. A friendly, proactive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
4. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
