Youll work closely with various teams, helping to refine our campaigns, optimise our marketing channels, and ultimately fuel business growth for our Training business and over 100 Driver Hire offices across the UK and Australia. The Marketing Insights Analyst role demands a commercially driven, curious individual motivated by positive business outcomes. Marketing Insights Analyst Key Responsibilities Collect and analyse data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities within our sales and marketing activity, supporting profitable sales growth Track performance and report on effectiveness and ROI, across online and offline channels Conduct research to identify industry trends, behaviours, new technologies and the competitive landscape Use customer and wider data to segment and profile the target audience, optimising marketing activity Work collaboratively within Marketing and with other teams, including other marketing activity from time to time, to ensure the delivery of overall department objectives Marketing Insights Analyst Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or similar. Masters degree is a plus 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, research, or a related role in a commercial setting Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel) Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Natural curiosity, commercially minded, with a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to innovate Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality Knowledge of digital marketing channels Why join Driver Hire?
