SmartPro are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in Bridgend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various office software and excellent communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.
Hours: 39hrs /week (8:30am – 16:30pm, Monday to Friday)
Duties:
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
* Utilise Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Maintain an organised office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Good interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
