Albany Beck are hiring for a Customer Success Executive, to work with a fast-growing SaaS start-up, in the Hotel and Hospitality industry. This start up is pre Series A funding, providing an excellent opportunity to grow with the company.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience working in a SaaS environment, in a Customer Success capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding:
* Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.
* Develop tailored implementation plans aligned with customer goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
* Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss progress, feedback, and new opportunities.
Product Expertise:
* Become a product expert, able to guide customers in utilizing the platform effectively.
* Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest enhancements.
Retention & Growth:
* Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Problem Resolution:
* Work closely with support teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
* Serve as an advocate for the customer within the organization.
Training & Enablement:
* Conduct training sessions and create resources (e.g., guides, webinars) to empower customers.
* Stay updated on product updates and industry trends to provide value-added insights
