About The Role

In this role, you will be the go-to person for estate-related enquiries, connecting with customers, contractors, and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly. You will administer a variety of essential services, from waste removal and grounds maintenance to cleaning, window cleaning, parking enforcement, and key management. Whilst you will take ownership of a specific geographic area, you will also have the opportunity to support your team and ensure seamless service delivery in other areas when needed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Estate Services advice and support to customers and colleagues via telephone, email and other channels, delivering a customer-focused service to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
2. Support the Customer Service Centre in the delivery of excellent customer service, resolving enquiries raised and keeping customers fully informed of next steps.
3. Provide comprehensive administration and support for estate services delivery in line with targets, budgets, policies, operational standards and statutory requirements.
4. Support the delivery of estate and service contracts by working with service providers, ensuring value for money and agreed standards are met.
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis and will be based in our Exeter office. A hybrid working style is an option.
About The Candidate
To be a successful Coordinator, you should have the skills, knowledge and experience for a Level 1 role (please see our candidate information pack) and the following:
1. Experience in working in a customer service environment delivering high levels of customer care. Experience working in Housing or other fast-paced service delivery sector.
2. Ability to deliver high levels of customer care.
3. Demonstrate a high level of patience and empathy with the ability to naturally build rapport with customers.
4. Ability to adapt positively to change in a fast-paced, pressurised and reactive environment.
5. Ability to accurately input/extract data and update records whilst communicating by telephone and email.
6. Interpret plans, photographs and work schedules and be able to explain these to customers.
7. Use customer feedback and experience to improve the service offered.
8. Experience providing a proficient and effective administrative service.
9. Experience in an administrative or office environment.
10. Good level of literacy and numeracy.
11. Customer Service qualification (or equivalent experience through work or study). Relevant qualification in Business Administration or equivalent.
