Role Overview
As a Litigation Assistant within the housing management team, you will play a vital role in supporting fee earners and ensuring smooth operations. Litigation Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the housing management team
Manage file administration, including opening, maintaining, and closing files
Handle document management, including filing and copying
Process basic cashiering tasks
Support fee earners in delivering exceptional client service
Assist with day-to-day team operations and workflow management
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Contribute to the efficient running of the department
Litigation Assistant Requirements:
Previous administrative experience or demonstrable interest in legal work
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication abilities
Proactive "can-do" attitude
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Good time management skills
Flexibility and willingness to learn
