Working for an established global company, this role will have two main focuses, which are highlighted below. It is a 1-year contract, which supports hybrid working. Scheduling Analytics. Working closely with the head of Order Fulfilment & Scheduling, compiling weekly product specific reporting, tracking key KPIs within the wider fulfilment team. Information will be available in a wide range of pre-existing reports, and this role will pull this information into an actionable single report. Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders. Identifying trends or issues with the data Push internal communications to applicable stakeholders when trends are identified Order Fulfilment - Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Aligned with a specific client, this role ensures that all orders and deliveries are made within specific customer KPI’s. It is not client facing but will work closely with wider global teams within the business, following orders throughout the order life cycle, reacting to blocks or delays to ensure delivery dates are met. Daily monitoring of client specific Purchase Order changes, ensuring timely updates with the Operations team. Working across multiple (global) internal teams to resolve issues. Chasing booking of Purchase Orders, where delays are identified. Verifying delivery information with customer (such as delivery addresses etc.). Administrative tasks on Oracle such as removal of holds, warehouse changes etc. Ensuring shipping is executed as per agreed KPI expectations. Review of our shipping lead times to ensure we align with the 3-week delivery schedule. Regular updates of the Customer Dashboard with the latest bookings and ship dates. Monitoring tracking forecasts, checking what we've received in orders vs what we had agreed to supply to the customer. Identifying and rectifying potential issues or delays. Proactive resolution of any scheduling or operational issues. Collaboration with the logistics team to address any in-transit EU deliveries exceeding 5 days
