Area Coordinator (Nights)
Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC), Bristol
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Night Shifts (18:00 - 06:00)

We’re looking for a proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic Area Coordinator to join our night shift team at the Bristol CFC. In this role, you’ll oversee on-shift operations and front-line activities, supporting the delivery of KPIs within a specific Business Unit. You’ll work closely with Area Managers to promote a safe, respectful work environment while delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-shift operations and front-line inventory activities to support KPI achievement.
* Escalate people, production, safety, or quality issues to CFC Area Managers as needed.
* Ensure clear, effective communication to foster strong working relationships and employee engagement.
* Proactively identify and report production issues to minimize disruptions.
* Monitor headcount and ensure fair deployment of resources during shifts.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and collaborate with food technology teams on legislative, quality, or supplier matters.
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good numerical skills with the ability to interpret data within KPI-driven frameworks.
* Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
* Commitment to high-performance standards and a strong safety culture.
* A role model for health and safety best practices.
Mandatory Training Requirements:
* Food Safety Level 2
* HACCP Level 2
* Assessnet
* IOSH Introduction to Managing Safely
About You:

* Preferred experience in FMCG or 24/7 operational environments
* Proficient in:
* Excel
* Google Workspace
* Microsoft Office
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people management
* Solid knowledge of food safety standards (essential)
* Experience in warehouse or logistics environments (desirable)
* Management skills with familiarity in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
