Department Administrator 28,881 - 30,518 (pro-rata) 0.9 FTE / 31.5 Hours Based at Falkirk Campus Permanent An exciting opportunity has become available for the post of Department Administrator within STEM & Construction. This post will incorporate administrative support for the academic department and administrator support for the college's Skills Transition Centre project. Working in this vital role to support 'Making Learning Work' by providing a comprehensive PA and administrative support service to department managers, and also an administrative service to the lecturing and support staff of the department along with supporting the varied administrative requirements of the Skills Transition Centre project. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and will have excellent administration and organisational skills, IT skills, the ability to prioritise work and be flexible and adaptable to the department and project's administrative needs. The successful candidate will have an NC/HNC in a relevant subject and experience of working in a dynamic and fast paced administration environment.
