Our client is a Housing Association in Glasgow is seeking a temporary Repairs Assistant to help liaise with Tenants and provide day-to-day co-ordination of maintenance activities.You will speak with Tenants on a daily basis, taking details from them, and then liaise with Maintenance Staff and Contractors to help resolve maintenance problem, issues work orders and meet expectations of the Tenants. You will also involve yourself with administrative tasks such as update databases, job records, and work closely with colleagues in different departments.The suited candidate who has experience working in a Housing Maintenance team, has good customer services skills and a have a working knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
