Are you tech-savvy with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for supporting end-users? We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain IT equipment, provide technical assistance, and promote Agile Mobile Working across Social Services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the support and maintenance of Agile Mobile Working, including equipment management, testing, and issue resolution.
* Set up IT equipment for staff across Social Services, ensuring they are confident in using it effectively.
* Conduct regular stock checks and reorder IT equipment to prevent shortages.
* Design and deliver training materials to empower staff with Agile Mobile Working skills.
* Maintain accurate documentation, spreadsheets, and device records.
* Liaise with providers and ICT teams for device management, software updates, and resolving technical issues.
* Coordinate the collection, transfer, and setup of IT equipment.
What We Are Looking For From You
* Strong technical knowledge of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
* Excellent communication skills for training and end-user support.
* Proficiency in creating documentation and maintaining records.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
This post is temporary for a period of 1 year from appointment.
