Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive
A Birmingham-based security firm is seeking a Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive to join the team and cover the North of England from the Birmingham office. The company sells a range of security products and services, including CCTV, alarms, and monitoring services for commercial premises and construction sites.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients in the security sector.
3. Identify new business opportunities and markets.
4. Provide product knowledge and support to clients.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive, preferably in the security industry.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £40k basic, £4.5k car allowance, £55k OTE uncapped + benefits.
