Legal Operations Administrator
Location: Leeds
SSQ are working with a leading global insurer seeking a senior legal operations specialist to join their Leeds team. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative and PA support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and team support to the legal function.
* Manage diaries, meetings, and travel logistics for senior stakeholders.
* Oversee document preparation, invoicing, and budget tracking.
* Act as a Legal Tech super user, supporting system adoption and improvements.
* Assist with board and committee materials, company secretarial tasks, and training coordination.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in legal administration or CoSec support.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., iManage).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
