As custodians of the Haleon Brand for the Healthcare Professional (HCP) audience, the External Partnerships and Events Team (EP&E) leads brand communication and activation strategies for the Haleon brand. We are responsible for generating campaigns, developing toolkits, creating visual content, and producing hero content specifically tailored for healthcare professionals. Collaborating closely with the Haleon Corporate Communications team, and all the global category teams we focus on building trust and engagement among healthcare professionals, driving growth through targeted activations and partnership initiatives. As a Global Expert Marketing Assistant placement student, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for Haleon’s brand by supporting innovative "tentpole" initiatives and global events that engage healthcare professionals. Working closely with markets, agencies, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver consistent communication and content, ensuring Haleon’s credibility and presence in the industry. This role allows you to contribute to both internal and external campaigns that align with our strategic goals and enhance the Haleon brand. In this role, you'll need strong organizational and planning skills, along with the ability to listen, interpret, and apply information from a variety of sources. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a wide range of contributors, from different seniority levels, giving you exposure to diverse perspectives and experiences. During your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to: Gather and report information from key stakeholders on both internal and external activities. Write clear and concise creative briefs, delivering them to internal teams and external agencies. Help turn briefs into launch or activation plans, using the best methods to gather insights. Lead projects with full analysis of key information sources. Work closely with cross-functional teams like Consumer Marketing, R&D, and the Global Expert Marketing Team. Coordinate global and business unit calls, manage actions, and respond to inputs. Support the delivery of key global events in 2025. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive successful outcomes. Help create and drive content across Haleon Health Partner and social media channels. Lead projects aimed at improving Haleon Category trust metrics. Manage timelines and coordination for important initiatives. Provide support on specific initiatives for the Global Expert Team. If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.
