Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow proper food storage procedures
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a chef de partie or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
