Operations Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
* Answering telephones as first point of contact, dealing with queries or re-directing as appropriate.
* Processing of Guarantee applications in all formats (manual, download and via online Guarantee Generator) and printing of associated invoices.
* Liaison with Installer and System Designer Members regarding Guarantee applications and reports.
* Dealing with customer and third-party copy Guarantee requests.
* Sending of remedial reports to contractors for tender in line with the requirements of the Procurement Framework.
* General administration support.
* Handling inbound and outbound post.
* Operate in a manner that is consistent with good Health and Safety practice and does not present hazards to others.
* Any other duties reasonably expected by your Line Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Good telephone manner.
* IT literate with excellent keyboard skills, experience of using MS Office programmes and databases.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Able to work under pressure, organise and set priorities to meet deadlines whilst remaining responsive, calm and attentive to client needs.
* Flexible and willing to work autonomously within set competences when circumstances require.
* Can work independently and as part of a team.
* Proven track record working within an administrative role.
Communication/Relationships:
* Communicate and work closely with managers and colleagues.
* Keep up to date with new development and changes at The IAA and wider industry.
* Through your work support The IAA goals and business objectives.
