Role Overview: As a Primary ECT at our school, you will have the opportunity to develop and refine your teaching skills in a collaborative environment. Working across different key stages, you will deliver engaging lessons that promote a love of learning and support the academic and personal growth of our pupils. With the support of our experienced leadership team and mentoring from a dedicated mentor, you will be guided through your induction year and beyond. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students. - Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. - Assess and monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. - Participate in the school's extracurricular activities and wider school community. - Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement school initiatives. - Reflect on your own practice, engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching. - Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
