The Role: FP&A Analyst We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) to take on a critical role in financial planning and analysis. As FP&A Analyst, you will play a key part in driving financial insight, managing forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Insights: Develop and enhance financial reports using Power BI and Jet Reporting, providing detailed analysis to inform strategic decisions. Business Partnering: Collaborate across Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver actionable insights and improve financial performance. Acquisition Integration: Support the integration of new acquisitions into financial systems, contributing to seamless transitions. Systems Optimisation: Act as a key user of financial systems, including Salesforce and Business Central, driving efficiency and innovation. Data Analysis: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analysing financial and operational data to support decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities. What We’re Looking For: Essential: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Jet Reporting, and advanced Excel. Demonstrated success in financial modelling, data analysis, and system optimisation. Effective communication skills with proven business partnering experience.
